                                                    Week of November 16th

Below are some housekeeping items:

Pajama Day!!!!! - PLEASE DO NOT FORGET - Friday is PJ Day!!!!  Send your child to school in their PJ's - if they want slippers, have them bring in their backpack and they can put them on when they arrive...

Lost and Found

There is a “lost and found fair” happening on the first floor at McTowne!  I will bring the students by, but if you are missing anything in particular, please either let me know or feel free to come in and check it out during 7AM-9PM which is when the building is open.

Any items left after Thanksgiving will be washed and donated to charity.

ProjectBread Spoon Project

If you have items to donate for this project, please send in with your student on Friday or Monday.  If you are donating any items, I would love to receive an email letting me know what you are donating.  I will be gathering items this weekend to be sure we have what we need.  Thanks!

Curriculum Information
Week of November 16th
We have now officially completed our Harvest unit. We are onto our bears unit, and will continue through December.
This week we read about Lars the Polar Bear and had the opportunity to re-tell the story through pictures and verbal re-tell.
We also continued working on our handwritring.

When we return from Thanksgiving break, we will continue with our bear studies.
