2.      Medical Forms
  • All players must have green medical forms and a physical completed prior to the first tryout session.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

3.      Physical Fitness
  • Players should try to play as much as they can over the summer in summer leagues, camps, pickup games, etc
  • It is expected that all players will be in satisfactory physical fitness to successfully participate in double sessions
  • All players in the varsity group will have a fitness test at the first session
4.      All players must have NOCSAE approved shin guards to participate in practices or games.

Beep Test
The active run is 65 ft 7 in. The recovery run is 16 ft 5 in. The setup should look like the following:

X 16 ft 5 in X 65 ft 7 in X

Make sure to hit each mark before the beep. 16.4 is reasonable but should be looked at as a minumum level to reach.
