How to Capture a Picture from Your Screen

1. Press the “Print Screen” key on your keyboard (upper right top)

2. Open an image editing program:

At bottom green ‘Start” --

Open ‘Programs’ – select ‘Microsoft Tools’

Select ‘MS Image Editing’

Or use Paint

3. Go to the ‘Edit’ menu, select “Paste”

4. From here you can format the picture to fit your page, or use the crop tool to crop out unnecessary portions of the screen shot.
