Gates' Gift Book Program

Dear Gates' families:

    The Gates Gift Book Program is a way to support your school library while commemorating a special birthday or graduation, or by honoring a special teacher or student.  To purchase a book for the library, print this form, and complete the order information at the bottom.  Send the form and a check made out to Gates PTO to the school library.  Most books are $15.00.  These and other books are on display in the school library.  Your child will be the first to borrow the book.  Your donation will help all children and teachers at Gates School.  Thank you.    Judy O'Brien
