Student Led Conferences will be held from Friday, February 8 through Friday, February 15. Since parking is a significant problem that affects the staff at both McCarthy Towne and Merriam, only three conferences will be scheduled for each of these mornings. The office has sent home several information sheets about these conferences and parking guidelines. Please contact the office if you have any questions. The remaining conferences will be scheduled in the afternoon. I checked the conference time preference sheet you filled out for me in September before arranging conference times. * Conferences generally last about 45 minutes. The classroom will be opened during the times listed, so feel free to come when it works for you within that time frame. Please note that after 6:00 in the afternoon, it is possible that the school and/or classroom might be locked. Our class will visit the book fair on Wednesday, 2/13 from 9:25-10:05. Students will be free to browse the fair and purchase books (if they have money for their purchases) during this time. If students see a book they would like to have and price is a concern, please let me know.
